Called the office as was greeted by a live person vice a robocall. The technician showed at the assigned time...on-time, ready to work. He quickly diagnosed the problem, gave an estimate for the repair and had the parts with him for the job. This was professional job and completed is 2hrs. Wow! Service, ability and dependability. I'm very pleased with this operation.

Wow! What a great experience. Recommend AquaMedic Highly!The receptionist was very professional and was able to get me on the calendar quickly. She ask me to send a picture of my pool equipment in advance which no other pool company ever asked me to do... Right away he knew from my photos it was not a clogged line and in about 10 minutes diagnosed the issue... Jason took his time and even educated me on few things to do to keep my pool running at full potential and looked for solutions to the fix the problem instead of replacing parts we didn't need.What a great company! The owner Tony was wonderful also.
